In 2025 Kyle and Suzy took over CBI Blinds Warners Bay, carrying on four decades of local service with a simple promise: you deal with the owners.
CBI Blinds began in Melbourne in 1963 making Venetian blinds, and grew into a trusted name with branches across Australia. In the late 1990s the branches moved into local ownership, and the Warners Bay business has served Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, the Hunter and Port Stephens for 40 years.
Kyle has more than a decade in the industry, including years working within CBI, so he knows the products inside out. He measures and installs every job himself, which means the person who quotes your blinds is the person who fits them.
Suzy, Kyle's wife and business partner, spent more than 10 years in the Australian Defence Force in logistics and operations. She runs the office, ordering and scheduling with the same precision, so you always know what is happening and when.
We are fully mobile. There is no showroom to visit: we bring the samples to your home so you can see fabrics and finishes in your own light, then give you a fixed written quote. Supply and install, or supply only if you prefer to fit them yourself.
